Bringing over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity, Orrin was recently the lead Cybersecurity engineer responsible for securing and architecting industrial control system (ICS) environments for generation assets on the U.S. electric grid. Orrin currently supports multiple clients in a CISO role, providing guidance and experience in NERC and CIP compliance, as well as developing plans and strategies to meet NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CMMC, to include conducting information security assessments against a variety of compliance and control frameworks. He advises on mitigating risks posed by companies under FOCI to ensure sensitive information is not intentionally or inadvertently provided to the foreign parent. He provides guidance for and assists in the development of Electronic Communications Plans (ECP) and tailored System Security Plans (SPP) for companies under FOCI.
